EpicAuth LLC ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), operates the authentication platform accessible via our website and APIs (collectively, the "Services").

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Consequences
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination, legal action, and liability for damages. Repeated violations may lead to permanent banning from all EpicAuth services.
User Generated Contributions
EpicAuth allows users to contribute content through various channels. When you create or make available any Contributions, you represent and warrant that:
Originality
Your contributions must be original or properly licensed
Accuracy
Contributions must not be false or misleading
Legality
Content must comply with all applicable laws
Respect
Content must not harass or threaten others
Contribution License
License Grant
By submitting suggestions or feedback, you grant EpicAuth a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your contributions.
Mobile Application License
App Usage
- Install on personal devices only
- No reverse engineering allowed
- Use in accordance with terms
App Store Terms
When downloading from Apple App Store or Google Play, additional terms from the respective platforms apply.
Social Media Integration
You may connect your EpicAuth account with third-party social media services. By doing so, you acknowledge that:

Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the complete agreement between you and EpicAuth.
Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain valid.
Copyright & Files
File Hosting Policy
EpicAuth does not host user files directly. Our API acts as a proxy for file downloads. Copyright infringement claims should be directed to the actual file hosts.
Term & Termination
Account Termination
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR SUSPEND YOUR ACCOUNT AT ANY TIME FOR ANY REASON, INCLUDING FOR VIOLATIONS OF THESE TERMS.
- Immediate termination for violations
- No creation of new accounts after termination
- Legal action may be pursued
Modifications & Interruptions
Service Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without notice.
Service Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary interruptions.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Account Unbanning
Unbanning Policy
- Unbanning available for certain violations
- One-time unbanning opportunity per account
- Administrative fee applies
Severe Violations
Accounts banned for severe violations (DDoS attacks, payment fraud, etc.) are not eligible for unbanning. All unbanning decisions are at EpicAuth's sole discretion.
